        This funky desk accessory would be perfect for accommodating your growing collection of Sharpies, highlighters, and other miscellaneous writing implements. I created the body of this container from a single piece of clear flat eighth-inch acrylic. Because of the complex design cut into the plastic, I was able to wrap the piece into a completed cylinder and secure it with upper and lower rings. The whole thing measures approximately 4.5 inches in diameter and 3 inches tall. The bottom has four small rubber feet to protect any surface upon which it rests. This is an intriguing design that is sure to be an office conversation piece.  |
